Orange Socks during Queensday in Amsterdam

Orange is the colour during one time a year in Holland, on Queensday, the 30th April.

This year we went to Amsterdam and I got the opportunity to shoot this photo from the several legs hanging outside the window. After that I changed the picture a bit more to a more Black and White, while keeping the orange colour alive.

That’s why these orange socks are getting the most attention within this picture and for me a real tipical shot for Queensday.

I’ve adjusted this picture within Adobe Lightroom and is shot with my Nikon D80.
