So we went to Gouda cheese market today and discovered a really ambiance and little market.

The experience consists mainly out of 2 parts. 
– The market dealings

– The cheese shops / museum.

The market dealings are fairly fake, I do get that impression. They really might buy the cheese in that way but for sure a large part is mostly for the tourists.

The market itself is fairly small and nice. When we where there it had a really nice ambiance with quite a lot of tourists and the market shops.

Apart from the cheese, you can buy stroopwafels, mushrooms and regular market stuff.

Handy tip: the easiest place to park the car is the “Nieuwe markt ” parking. It only takes like 4 minutes after that to reach the cheese market.
